The SITRANS P500 is a digital pressure transmitter for the measurement of differential pressure, level and flow with highest accuracy. It guarantees a characteristic curve deviation of ≤ 0.03 % as well as outstanding values for the influence of static pressure and temperature on the measured result. The high long-term stability of the sensor reduces maintenance costs thanks to extended calibration intervals, and ensures a high reliability on the measured results long term.
SITRANS P320/420 is the first pressure transmitter on the market to feature remote safety handling. The instruments’ remote safety handling via SIMATIC PDM saves time during SIL commissioning: rather than manually programming each individual device across a facility, operators can access transmitters from the control room. This reduces the commissioning time in applications requiring functional safety. Both pressure transmitters have an increased proof test interval over other devices on the market with testing periods of up to fifteen years rather than every two. This lowers maintenance costs significantly.

The SITRANS P280 is a WirelessHART pressure transmitter that provides all measured process values as well as diagnostic information, parameters and functions via radio. The device is powered by an internal battery and designed for ultralow power consumption. The compact and rugged design makes it especially suitable for direct mounting on tanks and pipes in remote parts of plants, and on moving or rotating equipment for process monitoring or asset management applications.
The SITRANS transmitters P200, P210 and P220 are compact single-range-transmitters for measurement of absolute and gauge pressure. In this series we use two different kinds of pressure sensors: two stainless steel sensors and one ceramics sensor. So the measurement of process pressure, absolute pressure and hydrostatic pressure is an easy thing. The measured pressure will be transformed with these sensors into a 4…20-mA- resp. a 0…10-V-signal.
The SITRANS P Compact is an analog transmitter for measuring absolute and relative pressure which has been developed specially for the requirements of the food/pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
The SITRANS LH100 series pressure transmitter is a well probe and converts the level-proportional hydrostatic pressure into a standardized signal of 4 to 20 mA. It measures the level in basins, tanks, canals and dams. The SITRANS LH100 is available for different measuring ranges and optionally with explosion protection. The transmitter has a stainless steel housing and a piezoresistive sensor with a ceramic diaphragm.
The SITRANS LH300 pressure transmitter is a submersible sensor for hydrostatic level measurement with protective caps made of PPE, stainless steel and ETFE. The transmitter converts the level-proportional hydrostatic pressure into a standardized 4 to 20 mA signal. This versatile transmitter consists of a stainless steel housing with IP68 mechanical protection and a piezo-resistive sensor with 99.6% pure ceramic diaphragm. It is also ideal for use in drinking water systems.
SITRANS TH – the smallest in our family – suitable for everything from simple applications right up to PROFIBUS and Foundation Fieldbus.
Thanks to its compact design, it allows use in the low-cost connection head Form B, even in the flat-cover version where it is installed in place of the terminal block. Filter Regulators, Integral Volume Booster and Venting Gauge Block- The Model 91-HF Filter-Regulator is designed to provide clean, accurate air pressure to instruments, valves, and other automatic control equipment. When a Double Acting SIPART PS2 is used with a Single Acting actuator, the following must be considered:
With loss of supply air the Double Acting SIPART PS2 will lock in the last position. This prevents the actuator spring from returning the valve to its fail-safe position. By using the "venting" gauge block and properly piping the positioner to the actuator the air on the side opposite the spring can be exhausted back through the air supply line.
